Warranty

This is a comprehensive guide to the warranties supplied for each product group.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Luscious Vapes, commencing from the date of purhcase.

Below is a summary of each product category with an outline of limited warranty. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

All Vaping Kits (Excluding Disposables), Mods, Batteries, Tanks and Accessories:

These all come with a 28 day warranty from us and usually with a manufacturer’s warranty and a life expectancy of 6-12 months ((Please check your manual instructions that come with your product for further clarification).

The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers repairs or replacements if the product is deemed to be faulty or beyond repair.

If we believe the customer has damaged the product in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.

Please note that mechanical mods are for experienced users only. We cannot accept any liability for any injury or damages caused whilst assembly or incorrect building of such mods.

Please retain the outer packaging and any outer sleeve, as these contain the product serial number required for a warranty claim.

Disposable Vape Kits, Prefilled E-Liquid Pods, E-Cigarattes

These are with a 3-month warranty and an approximate shelf life of 1 year. Puff count expectancy is noted on the device packaging. Please note that significantly lower puff counts can be found if longer draws are taken. Please retain the outer packaging and device or pod, as these contain the product serial number required for a warranty claim.

The above items are sold in a sealed packaging and are not covered by Warranty once opened.

E-Liquids, Drip Tips (Mouthpieces) & Vape Bands

Unfortunately, due to health & safety reasons, we do not provide a warranty on these items. This is, of course, unless we determine that within 28 days of purchase, the item is found to be faulty, and a replacement or refund would then be provided.

The above items are sold in a sealed packaging and are not covered by Warranty once opened.

Vape Tanks & Coils

These items are supplied with a ‘’Dead On Arrival’’ warranty. If, for whatever reason, the item is found to be faulty or ‘not working’, then the customer must contact Luscious Vapes within 24 hours of receiving the item. If you don’t, then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or return.

Accessories

These items come with a 28 day manufacturers guarantee.

General Information

Scratches and discolouration from regular use are considered “normal wear and tear” and are not covered by warranty. The product warranty covers any manufacturer defects and includes a replacement if the product is deemed faulty or beyond repair. If the item is not found to be faulty, we will return it to you. If we believe the item has been damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return it.

The return of a product is required for a warranty claim with the respective manufacturer.
